The Red Sea’s crystal clear waters and abundant marine life make Aqaba an ideal location to learn to dive.
Based at the entrance to Tala Bay, the dive centre welcomes divers of all abilities and is a great place to learn to dive given the calm conditions and uncrowded dive sites.
You'll spend your week between the dive centre and the Marina Plaza Hotel. The warm waters, colourful corals and sunshine help create a relaxed atmosphere which you’ll need when studying for your diving certification.
Learning to dive is easy and it’s fun. Your PADI Open Water course will take three days to complete. In this course you will learn basic dive theory and master the basic skills needed to be safe and comfortable while exploring the underwater world.
At the end of your course, there are options for further diving, or you can explore other parts of Jordan, such as the fascinating desert landscapes of Wadi Rum or the Dead Sea.
You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel for a week long stay.
Today you will be transferred to the dive centre to begin your PADI Open Water course.
Includes tuition, full equipment rental and certification fees. The course is a mix of theory, pool and open water dives in the sea.
