On receiving your holiday enquiry we will contact you to discuss your requirements. We will then provide a detailed day-to-day travel plan together with a quotation. Once you are happy with our proposal and ready to proceed we will book your holiday.

All bookings are subject to our booking conditions, so please read these before placing your booking.

What happens next

To make a booking we will need to receive a minimum deposit from you, normally £150 per person or 10% of the total holiday cost (whichever is the greater) for resorts, or 40% for liveaboards. We may occasionally require more, but we will advise you if that is the case.

Provide us with your full details

Once we receive your deposit we will set about getting all the arrangements confirmed for your holiday and request that you complete full details of everyone travelling on your booking in our ‘Departure Lounge’.

Travel Insurance is compulsory for all our tours. In addition to travel insurance that provides sufficient cover for your holiday, divers should also have adequate cover for their diving activities. 

When booking a liveaboard trip or visiting a remote region, it is strongly recommended that you purchase a diving insurance policy from DAN for the most comprehensive cover throughout the world. This is a compulsory requirement for some of our holidays. We will advise you if this is the case.

We confirm your booking

After receiving your booking, we will send you full confirmation, together with all the information you need to prepare for your holiday.

Pay the balance due

We will require full payment 8 weeks before departure (12 weeks for liveaboards and some resorts). If you are making your booking within this time, full payment will be needed when you book. Departure documentation will be emailed to you approximately two weeks prior to departure.
