- Day 1. San Pedro Sula to Lake Yojoa
- Upon arrival at San Pedro Sula airport, you will be met and transferred to Lake Yojoa. En-route visit the Pulhapanzak Waterfalls, an important ceremonial and cultural site for the early Mayans, with the opportunity to take a refreshing bath in the clear waters. Overnight.
- Day 2. Lake Yojoa to Copan [B]
- After breakfast, explore the magnificent, tropical forest of the Cerro Azul Meambar National Park, one of the main protected areas around Lake Yojoa, which is fed by the small rivers of the surrounding mountains. Hike to the interchange zone between tropical rainforest and tropical cloud forest enjoying impressive views of the lake. In the afternoon continue to Copan. Free time to visit the centre of the village with its cobblestone streets, typical white adobe buildings with red tile roofs and the lovely colonial church at the plaza. Overnight in Copan.
- Day 3. Copan Ruins [B]
- After breakfast, you will visit the legendary Archaeological Park of Copan, which consists of two main sites, the Ruins and the Sepulturas. Learn about the amazing 63-step stairway with over 2,500 hieroglyphs and the masterfully carved Stella. You also visit Las Sepulturas, a residential and burial site of the Mayan nobles and the Sculpture museum. In the afternoon return to San Pedro Sula for overnight.
- Day 4. San Pedro Sula [B]
- After breakfast, transfer to the San Pedro Sula airport in time for international check in.
