This luxurious triple centre itinerary features two of Bali's best diving areas - Tulamben and Pemuteran.
From protected, shallow bays populated by exotic scorpion fish, octopus and nudibranch, to exciting drift diving in wild currents with sharks, pelagics and manta rays and wreck diving in Tulamben Bay, where reef fish swarm the wreck of the World War II vessel, the Liberty, and black coral growth is lush – Bali has it all! Then there are the mola mola, these incredible sunfish that come to the Bali waters from July to November.
This itinerary can be amended to take in the outstanding drift diving and manta rays of Nusa Lembongan, staying at the Batu Karang Resort & Spa.
Suggested Itinerary
Day1: Depart the UK for Bali
Day2: Arrive Bali and transfer to your first resort
On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road to the northeast coast of Bali near to Tulamben Bay. Check in for a seven night stay at the sumptuous Siddhartha Ocean Front Resort and Spa.
Days3-8: Discover some of Bali’s best dive sites
Enjoy the outstanding dive sites in this area of Bali, including the wreck of the USS Liberty wreck and Kubu Drop Off. Your dive pack begins today and includes ten dives over five days.
Day9: Transfer west across northern Bali
Make the journey by road over to Bali’s western tip and check in at the Naya Gawana Resort & Spa (or similar) for a five night stay in this exclusive and secluded resort.
Days10-13: Dive Bali’s west coast
This semi-remote and relatively unknown area of Bali offers some of the best diving on the island, with 15 dive sites suitable to divers of all abilities. See the spectacular walls of Menjangan Island National Park or the rich coral slopes of the off shore reefs. Your dive pack begins today and includes eight dives over four days.
Day14: Transfer to Ubud
Finish your trip with a couple of nights in Ubud, staying at the Alila Ubud Resort or one of many other exceptional properties in this tranquil area in the hills.
Day15: Day at leisure to explore Ubud
Here you can still see and appreciate the daily rituals of the Balinese culture. For more than a century, it has been the island’s pre-eminent centre for fine arts, dance and music.
Day16: Depart Bali
Transfer to the airport for your return journey to the UK. You may wish to extend your trip further with a stopover in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore depending on airline flown.
