Mabul Water Bungalows features 15 luxurious wooden over the water bungalows offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding seas and access to Sipadan Island.
The bungalows, sitting on stilts over the water, are exquisitely furnished with contemporary décor, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, TV and a spacious private balcony.
The resort sits next to Sipadan Mabul Resort (SMART) and features a spa. The restaurant serves excellent local and international cuisine and ensures evenings are social when guests finally drag themselves out of the water!

Dive Centre
The diving package includes up to three guided boat dives a day on the islands of Mabul and Kapalai, famous for their abundance of macro life. The house reef is a fantastic place to hone your photography skills. Subject to approval, you may get to dive the waters of Sipadan offering a complete contrast in underwater adventure with its pinnacles and rich currents attracting larger pelagics. Nitrox is available and the dive centre offers NAUI, PADI and TDI courses of all levels.
