Spend more of your time diving on this vibrant Philippines multi-destination scuba holiday. Seek the rainbow macro marine life hidden in Anilao's muck dive sites, and revel in the bright reefs of Puerto Galera and the Verde Passage.

Anilao is known as the birthplace of scuba diving, and earned a reputation as the country's premier muck diving destination. The area is particularly famous for its incredible diversity of nudibranchs, offering endless opportunities to discover rare and colourful species. However, the appeal of Anilao extends far beyond these tiny sea slugs. Divers can encounter a fascinating array of macro marine life, including frogfish, octopus, ribbon eels, shrimps, and numerous other unusual creatures hidden among the sandy seabeds and vibrant coral gardens teeming with tropical fish.

Puerto Galera, the world’s second-largest coral reef system, is moments away, home to around 75% of all known coral species and an incredible diversity of dive sites. This area is recognised as a UNESCO Marine and Biosphere Reserve, and is one of the Philippines’ premier diving destinations. Situated at the heart of the Coral Triangle, its tropical climate allows for year-round diving, with opportunities ranging from relaxed shore dives and thrilling drift dives to wreck explorations.

This bespoke itinerary is based on seven nights at Buceo Anilao Beach & Dive Resort and a further seven nights at Scandi Divers Resort, both a very popular choice with our travellers. Alternative accommodation is available; speak to our specialist team to create your ideal Rainbows and Reefs scuba holiday.
