Day 1:
Fly to Madeira
Fly to Madeira island from your regional airport by charter or scheduled airline. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your accommodation. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Days 2-6
:
Dive Madeira
Your dive pack begins today. Enjoy ten local boat dives over the next five days. The volcanic underwater topography is a haven for all kinds of marine life such as anemones and starfish, shoals of wrasse and damselfish plus frogfish, seahorse, and barracuda. The Garajau Marine Park is renowned for dusky grouper encounters and you will also observe garden eels and rays on the sandy bottom plus huge schools of sea bream, amberjacks and salema. In addition, there are a few wrecks to explore including a steam ship, a dredger and ex-military frigates. This is a diving destination for all.

Day 7:
Day at leisure
Take the opportunity to explore Madeira island. The capital Funchal is a great place to explore and learn more about the history of the islands. There are plenty of activities for those who prefer to remain near the water, such as stand-up paddleboarding or a whale watching cruise. Madeira is also renowned for its walking routes, mountain biking, cake and wine. Enjoy your topside time!

Day 8:
Return to the UK
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to the UK, landing later the same day.
Please note: This is a great destination for divers of all abilities and there are plenty of activities for non-diving partners.
