Explore the underwater world from Atlantis, premier dive resorts in Puerto Galera and Dauin, two locations in the Philippines renowned for their diverse and colourful marine life.
Prepare to be pampered at these two premier diving resorts, offering luxurious accommodations, fantastic food and an incredible dive service for all. This trip includes time exploring the dive sites of Puerto Galera which offer a little of everything, from shallow sheltered dives with plenty of marine life to drifting along walls and discovering local wrecks. The second part of the adventure takes you further south to Dumaguete, where the dive sites are famed for their unique critters.
We suggest a minimum of five nights at each location, but you can stay as long as you like!
Suggested Itinerary

Day 1:
Depart the UK for the Philippines
Your international flight has one connection on the way to Manila (usually in Hong Kong).

Day 2:
Arrive Manila and transfer to Puerto Galera
You will be met on arrival and transferred by road and boat to Atlantis Puerto Galera (approximately three hours). Check in for a five night stay.

Days 3-6
:
Dive Puerto Galera
Your dive package includes up to five a day to the 30+ local sites around, which are home to coral gardens, caverns and caves, magnificent walls and wrecks. There are shallow dives such as Sea Grass which are great for photographers, dives with larger reef fish such as Dry Dock and some amazing experiences at night, especially at Giant Clam where mimic and wonderpus can be seen hunting. There’s something for everyone: from beginner to experienced, recreational and technically trained divers.

Day 7:
Transfer to Dumaguete
Today you will transfer back to Manila for a domestic flight to Dumaguete and onwards to your next resort, Atlantis Dumaguete. Check in for a five night stay.

Days 8-11
:
Dive Dauin and Apo Island
Continue your dive package (up to five dives a day) along the reefs of Dauin, plus a day trip to Apo Island during your stay. The location is renowned for the smaller marine life, but has plenty to offer. The house reef is home to a resident turtle, schools of razor fish and yellow snapper as well as lobster, shrimp gobies and ghost pipefish. Sahara Deep is the most likely site to spot something news and Bahura is one of the best places for a mandarin fish dive. Diving here is relaxing and most sites have very little current. Apo Island is home to large schools of reef and pelagic fish, sloping reefs, colourful hard and soft corals and plenty of anemones.

Day 12:
Depart the Philippines
Today you will be transferred back to the airport for a domestic flight to Manila and onwards overnight international connection back to the UK.

Arrive UK
