Extra Divers Sifah operate daily boat dives to Bandar Al Khairan as well as the remote islands of Ras Abu Dawud. Diving is suitable for everyone – sites range from shallow reefs to steep walls and not to forget the beautiful drop-off almost in front of the hotel. Wreck highlights include the Al Munassir (at a length of 85 metres it has a multitude of residents) and the Mimosa lying at a depth of 14 metres, it's overgrown with corals. The nutrient rich waters are home to an incredible abundance of fish life. Expect to see reef sharks, feathertail and torpedo rays, scorpion fish, green turtles and possibly mobula rays.
Most sites are 20-30 metres deep and average water temperature is 22C in winter and 30C in summer. Visibility can range from 5-20 metres. The centre is equipped with 12 litre aluminium tanks with DIN and INT valves. Nitrox is available.
