The Sultanate of Oman is located on the south-eastern tip of the Arabian Gulf surrounded by the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman, both attracting an abundance of marine life in their nutrient rich waters. You can expect to see colourful corals, schools of fish and turtles in the calm waters off the coast of Muscat - a great sight for anyone learning to dive!
The purpose built dive centre at the Sifawy Boutique Hotel has state-of-the-art equipment, air-conditioned classrooms and an experienced team who conduct courses in a number of languages.

Day 1:
Depart UK

Day 2:
Arrive Muscat
You will be met on arrival in Muscat and transferred to your resort for a week long stay at the Sifawy Boutique Hotel. After lunch you will need to check in at the on-site dive centre. Rest of day at leisure.

Days 3-6
:
Learn to dive
This morning you will begin your SSI Open Water Diver Course. The course is a mix of pool, classroom and open water diving modules over the next four days, all taught to you by the experienced staff at the Extra Divers dive centre. Please note that your certification fee and cost of manual are to be paid locally.

Days 7-8

Day at leisure
Continue diving (not included in price) or take one of many day trips out of Muscat to explore the desert, wadis or remote villages.

Day 9:
Return to the UK
Transfer to airport for flight back to the UK, landing later the same day.
