The Horizon III liveaboard offers exceptional diving cruises to some of the best diving regions in the Maldives. Her experienced crew are some of the most respected in the Maldives, ensuring guests experience quality diving and service on every single cruise.
Accommodating up to 24 divers, the generous 36 metre long vessel features nine standard, two deluxe and one master deluxe cabin. All cabins are spacious, with plenty of storage, en-suite facilities and air-conditioning. Standard cabins can be double or twin, while deluxe cabins feature queen beds, an additional single bed, massage shower, and panoramic windows offering ocean views.
The light and comfortable interior creates the ambience of a home from home, with a lounge to relax in, bar and restaurant area. Western, local and vegetarian cuisine is available depending on your preference, along with a range of soft and alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee. To help you unwind, a jacuzzi is available on board, along with Ayurvedic massages from a trained therapist. Internet is also available on board for an additional charge.
From April through November, the vessel tends to focus on the central regions, offering 7-night itineraries taking in some of the Maldives most famous dive sites, including those of the South Ari & Faafu atolls. Between December and April, the Horizon III heads to the deep south in search of thrilling shark encounters. These trips are for more experienced divers, with opportunities to see tiger sharks, hammerhead sharks, grey reef sharks and more. Domestic flights are required for deep south itineraries at an additional charge.
Up to three dives per day are offered, with all diving conducted from the spacious dive dhoni. Both DIN and Yoke tanks are available, along with 15 litre tanks if required. Equipment rental and Nitrox are also available for an additional charge.
