Life in Lembeh
We spoke to our friends and partners Steve & Miranda at Dive into Lembeh Resort to find out what they have been up to and how they have been getting ready to welcome divers once again…
Over the past few months the staff at Dive into Lembeh have been planting organic fruit and vegetables around the grounds of our resort, to help provide for our staff. After the pandemic we will continue to maintain everything for use in the kitchen by our chefs so our guests can enjoy this fresh produce too.
Amongst the things we have been planting are bananas, pink guava, soursop, mango, passion fruit, lemon, lemongrass, sweet coconuts, green chilies, eggplant, long bean, ginger & cassava.
We have taken this time to maintain our boats, here is one of our guides - Herry - checking the mooring-lines.
The gardens surrounding the resort are also being maintained daily and we have lush flowers and beautiful plants growing everywhere.
All the staff at Dive into Lembeh are missing their guests very much, and we all hope that we will be able to welcome everyone again soon, of course with all new recommended Covid safety measures in place!
Thankfully, the great advantage of our resort is that we have an open-air restaurant and bar, small groups on our dive boats and lots of space in between the guest bungalows.
We hope to see you soon to enjoy Lembeh’s magical underwater world and to enjoy your cocktail in the hot tub overlooking the pool!
Our cuddly pug “Rocket” is also waiting for everyone to return!
