Behind a small white beach on the outskirts of San Pedro is Victoria House, a friendly and charming resort set in an old plantation.
35 air-conditioned, en-suite rooms, each with their own verandah, are housed in an elegant whitewashed plantation house, in individual thatched cabanas, or in villas, dotted around a garden of bougainvillea, hibiscus and palms. The ambience is informal and laid-back, and you can be as relaxed or active as you wish. Unwind by the swimming pool or on the beach, or take advantage of an array of excursions on offer. The restaurant is excellent and the intimate bar is a popular and enjoyable evening retreat.
The resort has a PADI dive shop on its jetty and offers an array of snorkelling, diving and sailing excursions. Trips to the Blue Hole are available, subject to minimum numbers of divers (and may involve other operations due to length of journey).
