Experience the thrill of world-class shark diving in the Bahamas off the shores of Bimini with the elegant and usually elusive great hammerheads during the seasonal aggregation.
In season great hammerhead shark diving safaris allow experienced divers to get up close and personal to these large predatory creatures during their annual aggregation of South Bimini.
Join like-minded divers as you spend your dive time at the shallow site observing these endangered sharks, recognised by their unusual and distinctive head. The inquisitive sharks are there to feed and present fantastic photographic opportunities for enthusiasts.
The week long accommodation and dive package includes six days diving with four days of hammerhead encounters on the dedicated safaris operated by the dive centre.
Note: Due to the nature of the diving, divers must be a minimum advanced diver qualified to join the trip.
Suggested Itinerary

Day 1:
Fly to Nassau
You will be met on arrival and transferred to your accommodation in Nassau for a one night stay. Rest of day at leisure.

Day 2:
Fly to Bimini
Enjoy a leisurely morning followed by a transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Bimini. On arrival, make your way to the Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina for a seven night stay. Evening at leisure.

Days 3-8
:
Great hammerhead shark encounters
Your dive package begins today. Spend the next six days diving (12 dives). Four of these days will be dedicated great hammerhead safaris to dive with these magnificent creatures as they migrate to the Bimini islands where the water is cooler and the sea life abundant at this time of year. An incredible and unique experience!

Day 9:
Depart for the UK via Nassau
Make your way back to the airport for your domestic flight to Nassau and onwards back to the UK later this evening (overnight flight).
Depending on the domestic flight schedule you may have a chance to discover the local attractions of South Bimini including the Bimini Biological Field Station Foundation (aka Sharklab), an organisation dedicated to research, education and conservation of sharks and rays.
