The Pelagian liveaboard is a boutique yacht based at Wakatobi and can be combined with a stay at the resort, creating a unique holiday experience for discerning travellers.

Accommodating only ten guests in spacious surroundings, both on deck and in the masterfully designed cabins, the Pelagian liveaboard permits you to reside in complete luxury, enjoying gourmet food, fine wine and superb service while enjoying a combination of pristine reefs, amazing topography and a few days of stunning muck diving.

Towering pinnacles, steep walls, coral gardens, drift dives, caverns, or caves: the islands in the Wakatobi region offer them all. Itineraries are developed by the skilled staff based on seasonal diving conditions and guests’ diving preferences, allowing the boat to operate throughout the year on pre-set week long trips from Wakatobi Dive Resort. Up to four dives per day are offered – all diving is from the custom built tenders. Nitrox is available.

The Pelagian offers boutique style accommodation in four choices of cabin ranging from the master suite on the main deck to the standard cabin with twin beds on the lower. All feature air-conditioning, plenty of space and en-suite facilities. Facilities on board include a sundeck, camera room and multiple lounges in which to relax in comfort.

The Pelagian cruises the Tukang Besi Archipelago comprising the main islands Wangi-Wangi, Kaledupa, Tomia, Binongko (Wakatobi) offering both spectacular reef and muck diving in seldom visited areas. There is ample opportunity for both wide-angle and macro photography. Critter lovers will enjoy sites like Cheeky Beach and Asphalt Pier. For those who prefer sheer cliffs and caves, Tanjung Baturtoro is a must dive. The itineraries change with the seasons and there are plenty of dive sites to choose from in this diving hotspot in the Coral Triangle.
