The Komodo Aggressor is a traditional crafted, two masted, wooden phinisi designed to sail Indonesia’s waters. Accommodating up to 16 passengers, this purpose-built vessel offers comfort and style.
The Komodo Aggressor accommodates 16 passengers across eight cabins. All cabins have individually controlled air-conditioning, en suite bathrooms with bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries, and daily housekeeping with turn down service.
There are three Deluxe Staterooms on the lower deck with porthole windows, two have fixed twin beds while the third has a single and queen bed. The Master Staterooms on the upper deck have a flexible bed confirmation, for either twin or double arrangements, and picture windows for continuous ocean views. The third Master Stateroom is on the main deck, with a single and queen bed, this also features picture windows. The two Balcony Suites each have the added luxury of their own private balcony, facing out from the stern. They also have a small sofa and outdoor seating for an extra comfortable voyage.
This liveaboard cruises the waters of Komodo National Park as well as Sumbawa, Alor, Banda Sea, and special transit itineraries to the Togian Islands from Lembeh. The diving facilities include a dedicated camera room, freshwater showers, and two spacious, fibreglass support skiffs. Located near the bow, the dive deck offers individual storage baskets, a wetsuit rail, a sunshade, and a compact table for cameras. The dedicated crew are there to offer their knowledge of the area, with up to four dives per day depending on the itinerary.
The main deck houses the multifunctional, air-conditioned saloon. The lounge area has communal seating for sharing images, playing games, and swapping stories. Meals are served in the dining area; breakfast is typically a buffet with a selection of hot and cold dishes, while lunch and dinner are a three-course affair. Dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated when plenty of notice is given. For drinks, the selection includes fruit juices, soft drinks, iced water, iced tea, coffee, and a limited selection of local beer and wine, which are complimentary. Guests are welcome to bring liquor with them within the Indonesian import allowance.
Finally, the sun deck boasts a spacious sofa area, perfect for stargazing and observing passing marine life.
