The steel hulled Blue Manta Explorer accommodates 22 guests in 14 cabins across three decks. Incredibly spacious and luxurious throughout, all cabins feature air-conditioning and have private bathroom facilities. There are six cabins on the upper deck (four double and two twin bed). Four additional cabins are towards the front of the main deck (two double and two twin bed) and there are four twin bed cabins on the lower deck. Facilities on board the 45 metre long liveaboard include partially covered sun deck with outdoor dining as well as a comfortable saloon furnished with a media server and plasma TV and air-conditioned dining area. In addition to a spacious dive deck with personal rinse tanks there is a dedicated indoor camera room with charging stations. Divers head out to the magnificent sites on one of two accompanying tenders. Satellite internet access is available on board for a local charge as are laundry and massage services. A full board meal plan is included – soft drinks, speciality coffees, beer and wine are available to purchase on board. The custom built vessel is fitted with UK 3-pin sockets with 220V. Taking advantage of the optimum diving seasons throughout the Indonesian archipelago the Blue Manta offers a variety of different length itineraries in Raja Ampat from October to April and Komodo from May to September. It’s also possible to jump on board an extended and unique trip as she moves from one region to the other exploring lesser explored areas such as Banda, Alor and Ambon.
