Join the MY Oman Explorer in Salalah as she explores the Hallaniyat Islands in southern Oman, where untouched reefs, whales and wrecks await adventurous divers.

This unique adventure on board the MY Oman Explorer liveaboard offers pristine corals, humpback and sperm whales and some wreck diving around the Hallaniyat Islands, an untouched and undiscovered diving region where you can expect everything! 

Fly to Salalah via Muscat in southern Oman to join the boat on the Hallaniyat itinerary, returning via Muscat.

Please note that trips to the Daymaniyat Islands are available from April to November, embarking from near Muscat.

Typical Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Depart UK for Salalah

  2. Days 2-8 : Transfer to boat and begin Hallaniyat Dive Safari

    On arrival in Salalah you are transferred to Mirbat harbour to embark the MY Oman Explorer liveaboard. Begin your seven night adventure exploring the remote and untouched Hallaniyat Islands. Up to four dives are offered per day, including tanks and weights.

  3. Day 9: Depart Oman

    Today you are transferred to the airport for your flight back to the UK via Muscat, landing the same day. Alternatively, speak to us about extending your Oman holiday in Salalah or Muscat.

  4. Day 10: Arrive UK

Hallaniyat Islands
