Ocean Vida Beach & Dive resort is a small modern property in Malapascua perfectly located for divers to head out to Monad Shoal in search of thresher sharks.
Located on Bounty Beach this modern, yet simple dive resort features twenty guest rooms. There are 12 deluxe beachfront rooms in a two storey building at the front and 8 deluxe garden rooms located behind the dive centre set amongst tropical gardens, all with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities.
The Ocean Vida Restaurant serves homemade local food as well as European and Asian favourites and the beach bar is the perfect place to relax after a dive. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout.
The Sea Explorers dive centre is on-site at Ocean Vida. Up to four boat dives, in small groups, are offered on a daily basis. Early morning boat trips head to Monad Shoal for thresher shark encounters. Other dive sites offer a great range of macro, wreck, cave and wall diving. Day trips are available to Gato and Calanggamn islands, Sambawan and Maripipi. A full range of PADI courses can be delivered by the multilingual staff and Nitrox is available.
