Dive into Raja Ampat is a jungle style resort located on a beautiful white sand beach in Waisai offering divers an incredible wealth of world-class sites to explore at the heart of the Coral Triangle.
Hidden under the jungle canopy, Waiwo Resort accommodates 20 guests in a variety of room types including garden terrace, seaview and waterfront villas. All are amply furnished and feature a double or twin bed, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
All meals are served in the open-air restaurant and other activities including sightseeing and trekking are available.
Located on the southern coast of Waisai island, the resort is a two hour fast ferry transfer from Sorong.
Please note, the on-site dive centre, Dive into Raja Ampat, is open for business and continually developing to mirror its sister property in Lembeh Strait. It’s possible to combine these resorts on a holiday.
The purpose built, full service dive facility operates daily boat diving, two in the morning and one after lunch. There are upwards of 30 local dive sites to explore, all within a 60 minute journey by speed boat. Long distance and specialist sites are subject to minimum numbers.
PADI courses are available. All tanks are 12 litre aluminium with DIN valve and adaptors are available. Nitrox is currently not available.
