Oman is a popular place to learn to dive and this trip idea offers colourful corals, schools of fish, turtles and great value for money.
The Sultanate of Oman is located on the south-eastern tip of the Arabian Gulf surrounded by the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman, both attracting an abundance of marine life in their nutrient rich waters. You can expect to see colourful corals, schools of fish and turtles in the calm waters off the coast of Muscat - a great sight for anyone learning to dive!
The purpose built dive centre at the Shangri-La has state of the art equipment, air-conditioned classrooms and an experienced team who conduct courses in a number of languages.
You will be met on arrival in Muscat and transferred to your resort for a week long stay. After lunch you will need to check in at the on-site dive centre. Rest of day at leisure.

You should note: If you prefer alternative accommodation either in Muscat or surroundings (Al Sawadi or Jebel Sifah) let us know. It is possible to learn to dive from other resorts.
