Suggested Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Depart the UK for Bali

Depart UK for Bali on overnight flight.
  2. Day 2: Arrive Bali and transfer to your first resort

On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road to the northeast coast of Bali near to Tulamben Bay. Begin a seven night stay at one of our excellent dive resorts in this area: Alam Anda Resort & Spa or Siddhartha Dive Resort and Spa.

  3. Days 3-7 : Enjoy 5 days of diving Bali’s Tulamben region

Underwater highlights at Tulamben include, of course, the Liberty wreck and Seraya Secrets. However, there are plenty of other dive sites to explore, such as Angels Canyon (bommies, soft corals and diversity of reef fish); Out of Eden (gorgonian fans, blue spotted rays; Kubu (critters) and Drop Off with its bumphead parrotfish.

  4. Day 8: Day at leisure

  5. Day 9: Transfer to Ubud for an overnight stay

Early morning transfer to Ubud, the cultural centre of Bali. A great opportunity for topside photography of mountains and rice fields. An opportunity to be cultural in the evening by taking in a local performance of a kecak or barong dance. Overnight in Ubud.

  6. Day 10: Road and boat transfer to Nusa Lembongan

After breakfast, transfer south to catch the fast boat over to Nusa Lembongan. Check-in for a five night stay at Pondok Baurna Garden.

  7. Days 11-13 : Dive Nusa Lembongan, Penida and Ceningan

Your dive pack here includes a mix of outer reef diving and time at Manta Point. A great way to wrap up your week. Time your visit from June to October for the best opportunity of seasonal mola mola encounters.

  8. Day 14: Day at leisure

You’ll probably need a rest by now, but there are a number of things to do and see on Lembongan. We recommend strolling along the beach and supporting the Aquatic Alliance who are busy in the field collating data on manta rays in order to learn more about and conserve their very existence. They also offer two presentations a week offering an insight into their work and weird and wonderful manta facts.

  9. Day 15: Depart Bali

Transfer to airport for overnight flight back to the UK
  10. Day 16: Arrive UK
