Diving Yucatan’s Cenotes is a beautiful and unique experience as the light breaks through the crystal clear waters. No specialist qualifications are needed to dive them.
Geological and oceanic activity on the submerged limestone platform over millions of years has produced a series of caves, underground passages, stalactites and stalagmites, making the Cenotes world famous. This area also has colourful reef diving to provide variety and contrast.
Travel between June and September and add in a snorkelling trip to see the incredible gathering of whale sharks around Holbox Island or Isla Mujeres.
