The crystal clear waters, marine life, spectacular caves, drop-offs and reefs of Comino are mezmerising.
This small island has a lot to offer, with great opportunities for all whether you enjoy snorkelling, want to learn, continue your education or explore the magnificent walls and caves. Santa Maria Caves is one of the most popular dive sites. The caves are fairly shallow and a magical place for underwater photographers. Marine life includes plenty of small fish, grouper and moray eels.
Crystal Lagoon is a popular site due to its location and almost perfect diving conditions. The sheltered site is shallow, features a 30 metre open tunnel, plenty of white sand areas and patches of seagrass. It’s great for photographers and is a breeding ground for young fish including barracuda, gobies and flounder. Plenty to see here!
Lantern Point is home to large grouper and dentex. The dive site has plenty of swim-throughs and a vertical tunnel which begins at nine metres and drops down to 16 metres. Huge boulders lay at the bottom of a steep drop-off creating a unique experience at 22 metres. Keep an eye out for octopus.
