Designed and built from scratch, the eight spacious cabins are en-suite, sound proof and incredibly comfortable.The entire vessel has been engineered for a minimum of noise and vibration as well as catering specifically for divers. An experienced and professional crew see to every individual’s needs, offering an efficient and convenient service throughout your eleven night cruise. Up to four dives a day are offered, either from the platform or a short dinghy ride away. Nitrox is available. The Tambora is very much a pioneer of diving itineraries throughout Indonesia and each year visits the old favourites as well as new locations, most not yet on the diver's map - go ahead, get on board and explore some of the world's best dive sites at the heart of the Coral Triangle where underwater highlights include an immense biodiversity from tiny critters to manta rays, sharks and whales.
The 2014 cruise schedule includes the Kei Islands in the Southeastern Banda Sea over Triton Bay, Raja Ampat, Halmahera and its many satellites, and Sulawesi all the way to Indonesian Borneo (Kalimantan).
The 2015 programme includes the old favourites such as Raja Pampat, Triton Bay, Fak Fak, Banda Sea and Southeastern Moluccas and further exploration around the islands of Halamahera introducing Buli Bay, Weda Bay and the Widi Archipelago. Plenty to discover.
