The Amira offers a premium diving experience on a boat built for divers by divers. She is equipped with a state of the art navigation system, security and rescue equipment and technology. The Amira (Princess) has nine comfortable double cabins and a single cabin (up to 19 guests) which can be configured as double or twin beds, most of which are located on the lower deck. They are all equipped with air-conditioning, private bathrooms and natural lighting. A typical day consists of up to four dives. Diving is from one of three purpose built tenders and there are sea kayaks on board for guests to go exploring remote beaches and coral reefs. The dive deck is spacious, with several rinse tanks and a camera room. Nitrox (32%) is available for a fee. This rebreather friendly boat has two Poseidon MK VI Discovery kits for rent.
Schedules and rates are subject to change, but as a general rule the Amira operates 11 night trips throughout Indonesia year round. She sails the hotspots of Komodo National Park (May, Jul, Aug) and Raja Ampat (Nov-Feb) in season and then heads west to Misool and over to Sulawesi via northern Maluku. In between these famous locations there are diversity and unique itineraries available such as Jewels of Indonesia, Forgotten Islands (Sep-Oct) and Cenderawasih Bay (Feb-Mar).
