Now in its fourth season, the Infiniti is India’s pioneering liveaboard offering special adventures throughout the Andaman Islands where divers can observe gorgeous corals, abundant marine life and unique dive sites. There are plenty of attractions both topside and underwater.
The custom built boat accommodates 12 passengers in six spacious cabins, four of which are on the main deck and two on the upper. The well-appointed cabins come with an emphasis on comfort and are furnished with large sized twin beds, plenty of storage, an en-suite bathroom and large windows. They are all air-conditioned.
Facilities on board include an indoor and outdoor lounge, dining room, sun deck and dive deck with plenty of space for everyone. Underwater photographers are well catered for: there are camera tables, charging areas, rinse tanks and a media centre on board. Guests are looked after by a highly qualified crew dedicated to creating a memorable journey.
The Infiniti offers something a little extraordinary for divers of all abilities: pioneering diving adventures to Barren and Narcondam islands, part of the Andaman archipelago. The opportunity to dive these remote locations is only available in March and April. Alternative, shorter itineraries operate from December to March exploring the southern islands including Cinque and Passage, as well as Ritchie’s Archipelago.
Expect manta rays, sharks, striking colourful walls, huge barrel sponges, stunning wrecks, schools of snapper, bioluminescence night diving and a unique and special diving adventure that few have experienced. As well as this, guests can enjoy beach visits and incredible star gazing in the night sky.
The boat is PADI affiliated and it is possible to complete courses on board. All diving is from the accompanying RIBs. Tanks have yoke valves, guests will need to take their own adaptors for DIN.
