U Spa, Utopia's exclusive relaxation spot, offers a number of signature spa treatments using nutrient rich flowers and fruits indigenous to Honduras. Guests can choose from a full menu of massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and other therapy treatments.

Utopia's is focused on ecological awareness and conservation of the island's natural resources, and is the first resort on Utila to receive their environmental permit. They have made it their mission to protect the waters surrounding Utila, as well as, provide first class service and comfort.
