- Tobago has some of the Caribbean's most prolific and healthy reefs, and mountainous volcanic underwater formations offering a kaleidoscope of colour. M/V Wind Dancer offers divers the opportunity to circle the island, accommodated in comfortable en-suite staterooms, and explore the many varied and spectacular dive sites.
From comfortable drop-offs, teeming with life, to ripping two-knot drift dives, with huge marine-life encounters. At the north-eastern tip of Tobago, where the mighty Atlantic Ocean meets the usually gentler Caribbean Sea, divers can enjoy the excitement of diving around Speyside and identify between 75 and 100 species of fish on every dive. Here divers will experience exhilarating fast drifts on several sites. Tender diving is the rule and up to five dives per day is possible.
From Aug. 5 through November 24, 2006, the M/V Wind Dancer visits dive sites around Grenada and into the Grenadines. Offering new diving grounds for those tired of much visited sites and a great variety of diving adventures, from easy excursions on shallow reefs to more challenging dive opportunities. Grenada and nearby Carriacou are well known for spectacular wreck diving and walls, with turtles, sharks, lobsters and giant Moray Eels in abundance with the backdrop of soft coral gardens, spectacular reefs and sponges.
- Cost per person: Tobago & Grenada from £1,365 plus a port charge of £40 10% discount on liveaboard if aged 65 or over. Fuel surcharge of US$100 payable locally (subject to change)
