- Day 1. Fly overnight to Durban changing planes in Johannesburg.
- Days 2 to 4. Aliwal Shoal [B (Days 3 & 4 only)]
- Arrive Durban and collect your 4x4 vehicle. Drive on to Umkomaas, where you will stay, in B&B accommodation, for three nights, and spend two days diving the famous Aliwal Shoal and Protea Banks.
- Days 5 to 7. Ponta Mamoli [B, D]
- A four hour drive to the border, where you will leave your vehicle and be transferred by 4x4 to Ponta Mamoli.
- Day 8. Maputo to Rovuma [B]
- Today you will drive to Maputo, staying overnight in a city hotel.
- Days 9 to 12. Inhambane [B, D]
- Spend four nights at the tropical Barra Lodge.
Along this coast you will find the most beautiful snorkelling and diving reefs, with good diving renowned for Whale Sharks and Manta Rays.
- Days 13 & 14. Homeward [B]
- Drive to Inhambane Airport and drop-off your rental vehicle.
