Day 1. Depart the UK for Phuket via Bangkok

Day 2. Marco Polo, 6-nights [FB]

The Marco Polo sails to Thailand's top dive sites. Amongst them the Similan Islands, a stunning group of nine Islands, north west of Phuket, and famously one of the top dive destinations in the world and Richelieu Rock, acknowledged as one of the world's best locations for spotting Whale Sharks. This submerged rock is surrounded by a series of underwater pinnacles covered in corals and sea fans, making this a spectacular wall dive, and is incredibly rich in marine life. Here you can see seahorses, Shovel Nose Rays, Moray Eels, Lion Fish and schools of Banner Fish. Due to its open sea location you may also see pelagics such as tuna, barracudas and trevallies.

The Marco Polo has seven roomy, double cabins, with plenty of storage space and all doors designed to open to the outer deck to give you the full benefit of the cool sea breeze.

The spacious dive deck offers plenty of space to store and prepare your diving equipment. Two ladders guarantee easy access in and out of the water. The central compressor station provides virtually noise-free tank re-fillings.

Day 8. Phuket, 7-nights [RO]

Palm Gardens Resort is situated just 300 metres from the dive centre. All rooms are comfortably furnished with air-conditioning and fan, hot water, TV with English channels, telephone, safe and mini-bar. Each bungalow has its own large, private terrace close to the pool, where you can relax under the waterfall or in the Jacuzzi area.

Day 15. Depart Phuket for the UK [RO]

Day 16. Arrive home
