Designed as one of the fastest, most stable and most comfortable liveaboards sailing the area, this 30 metre vessel offers accommodation befitting the magical nature of the Galapagos.

Accommodation is in eight double staterooms, all with private facilities, with a maximum of 16 guests on board. Facilities include a spacious air-conditioned salon equipped with a TV/DVD and dining tables, open air salon and a sunning/viewing area on the top deck. The dive deck is well equipped with dive lockers, camera table, rinse tanks and a recharging station. Your week long adventure includes domestic beverages and most meals, the exception being the last meal on Sunday evening where dinner is at your own expense.

Itineraries to the Galapagos Islands are seven nights in duration, departing San Cristobal on a Monday. The itinerary includes Wolf and Darwin islands and up to four dives a day are offered. In addition, guests have the opportunity to hike on North Seymour Island where blue footed boobies and frigate birds can be found alongside sea lions and marine iguanas. The itinerary complies with the diving excursion regulations of the Galapagos National Park and also includes a land excursion to see the highlights of Santa Cruz plus a visit to the Charles Darwin interpretation centre.

Underwater highlights in this unique world-class location include schooling hammerhead and Galapagos sharks, whale sharks (Jun-Nov), manta rays and a myriad of other pelagics frequent these waters. Nature’s bounty is not confined to the waters, of course – Charles Darwin’s work concentrated largely on the rare terrestrial ecosystems, which abound with flora and fauna unique to the archipelago. All diving is from one of the two accompanying dive tenders (pangas). The vessel’s crew of ten have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with their guests.

Diving in the Galapagos can be strenuous due to its currents and surge, varying water temperatures, limited visibility and diving from tenders. The trips are ideal for intermediate and advanced divers with a minimum of 100 logged dives. The boat provides 12L tanks with yoke (INT) and DIN valves. A limited number of 15L tanks (INT valve) are available for rent but guests will need to bring own adapter. A 5-7mm hooded wetsuit and gloves is recommended as there is a mix of warm and cold water diving. Nitrox is available for an additional fee.

Local payments in cash include a USD100 Galapagos Park Fee, Chamber Fee of USD35 and USD20 for a visitors permit.
