Two minutes walk from the centre of Roseau, Dominica's most luxurious full service hotel is built within the walls of the 18th century fort, on the edge of a rocky bluff overlooking the Caribbean.

Rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and en-suite bathroom. Situated in the older part of the hotel are Oceanview rooms, most with a terrace and either a full or partial sea view. In the new part of the hotel, directly above the sea, are Deluxe Oceanfront rooms, being extremely spacious, bath and shower, and a patio with panoramic sea views. They also have a small refrigerator and safe in the room. Fort Young Hotel has two restaurants; the Marquis de Bouille, serving breakfast and lunch, and the Waterfront, offering a dinner menu of international and local dishes served overlooking the sea. Hotel facilities include a health and beauty centre, a gym, swimming pool with bar, sun terrace and three spas. A delightful pier, over the water, has shaded seating if you wish to enjoy a relaxing drink or just soak up the sun.

Divers are picked up from the pier each morning, and return around 1300. A rinse tank is close to the pier, and the hotel has space to store your equipment. Please note: shore diving is not included in the package.
