Explore the spectacular dive sites of Kimbe Bay and beyond on board the Febrina, an intimate and comfortable liveaboard exploring Papua New Guinea.

The Febrina is an intimate and comfortable three decked vessel accommodating 12 guests in seven custom built cabins with plenty of storage, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two twin/double and one double cabin are located in the forward section of the lower deck with an additions two twin/double and two single cabins in the aft section. The dive deck is spacious and access to the crystal clear waters is a step away. Underwater photographers are catered for with dedicated facilities including camera and video rental. Up to five dives are offered daily, all led by some of the most experienced guides in Papua New Guinea. Nitrox is available.

The 'Signature Trip' includes the spectacular dive areas of Kimbe Bay and remote offshore sites around Fathers Reef and Witu Islands (Apr-Jun & Sep-Nov). The underwater topography is volcanic with nutrient rich currents allowing for a prolific marine life. Schools of pelagics abound the world renowned Lama Shoals and divers can expect to see sharks, tuna, turtles, rays as well as invertebrate species and plenty of reef fish. The areas Febrina dives are home to prolific and diverse marine creatures and corals.  Each area has its speciality, and as most of the cruises cover at least two and often more destinations, offering many different types of diving in the one voyage.

Travelling in Jul-Aug, the 'Mid Year' itineraries include Kimbe Bay, Fathers Reef and the volcanic Lolobau Island with its amazing seamounts. There's a chance to discover the southern coast of New Britain on itineraries departing Jan-Mar, mainly from Rabaul.
