Join the Nautilus Explorer liveaboard and head out into the Pacific Ocean towards the crystal clear waters of Isla Guadalupe, before journeying south to the legendary Socorro Islands.

Day1: Fly to San Diego
In San Diego, stay overnight at a three star hotel near to the airport.
Day2: Join the Nautilus Explorer
The morning is at leisure. Later this afternoon you will transfer by coach to Ensenada to board the Nautilus Explorer and start your Guadalupe and Socorro adventure. Once you have settled into your cabin, you will have an overnight sail to Isla Guadalupe (approximately 22 hours), arriving the following evening.

Day3: Sail to Isla Guadalupe
Days4-5: Cage diving with great white sharks
There will be an early morning start in anticipation of great white shark encounters for the next three days. Here, crystal clear waters play host to large numbers of great white sharks, and offer unequalled opportunities to come face to face with these apex predators in their own habitat.
A variety of shark cages are deployed each morning at varying depths, offering almost unlimited opportunities throughout each day to view the sharks. The cages are designed with photographers in mind, offering a 360 degree panoramic platform to maximise the quality of the shark viewing experience.
Day6: Depart Guadalupe
After a final day of great white shark encounters, you set sail this evening for San Benitos.
Day7: Enjoy two days of diving at San Benitos
Diving through kelp forests is a mesmerising experience in itself, but the highlight for many who visit are the playful fur seals and sealions that swoop and dive in and around the swaying kelp, putting on a dizzying show for cumbersome divers. These beautiful kelp forests also provide a home to white tip and silky sharks, horn shark, guitar ray, bat ray, wahoo and tuna. A wonderful stop-off en-route to Socorro!
Days8-10: Continue to Socorro
Later today, your adventure continues south towards the extraordinary Revillagigedo Archipelago, Socorro island being the most renowned. This is a long journey, with three nights cruising the Pacific Ocean.
Days11-15: Dive Socorro
You will arrive at Socorro today to begin the second part of your Pacific diving experience, with four and a half days' diving included. This remote group of islands, lying 400 kilometres south-east of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, are a magnet for big marine life.
The islands of Socorro have gained a deserved reputation as the home of the giant Pacific manta ray, and provide possibly the finest encounters in the world. Up to seven species of shark are also seen here including hammerhead, Galapagos and silky sharks, with large schools a common sight. Playful and curious dolphins are also regular visitors.
Day16: Depart Socorro
Today is a full day of relaxing and recounting your dives with your new buddies as you cruise east to the Mexican mainland, and the end of your adventure.
Day17: Disembark & depart for the UK
Your liveaboard ends this morning in Los Cabos, Mexico. This afternoon, depart Mexico for home.
Day18: Arrive UK
