Located on the south east coast of Zanzibar, this family-run resort has all the comforts of a luxurious beach hotel with a unique charm, great attention to detail and tasteful décor.

Situated on the stunning palm fringed Bwejuu beach, the resort looks out on white sand, stretching as far as the eye can see.  

There are 70 rooms and three categories of accommodation available from standard rooms located near the back of the resort, to a suite on the upper floor of the bungalows offering magnificent views of the gardens and ocean. All rooms are air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom and a short walk from the beach. Rising Sun

Rising Sun is a PADI 5-star Gold Palm and National Geographic dive centre offering a wide range of courses and an exceptionally high level of customer service. Daily boat dives operate with a maximum of six divers per guide to the untouched reefs, with an amazing variety of marine life and the possibility of encounters with large oceanic fish. Explore gentle coral slopes, walls and caves whilst observing barrel sponges, turtles and sting rays.
